FORESTRY OFFICERS
INTER-STATE EXCHANAGES VICTORIA AND NEW ZEALAND ' (Received October 5, noon.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 5. The. -Victorian Cabinet has approved the plan for the exchange* of forestry officers" between New Zealand and Victoria. Two State officers will leave shortly for the Dominion, where they will spend six months, one studying nursery methods and the other plantation methods. particularly in regard to soft woods. It is expected that at the same time two New Zealand officers will visit Victoria.
