SUMMER TIME CHANGE RAILWAYS i STOP TOR HOUR .Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.; (Received October 5, 11 a.m.) PARIS, October 4. In effecting a change in time tables from summer time, the French railways adopted the quaint expedient of stopping trains at the nearest stations for an hour after midnight.
