Don't ignore soreness of the throat, fullness of the eyes', sneezing, running at the nose, as tlicy generally indicate germ infection,, but use Nazo'l immediately and freely and you will get relief.
Are best treated externally. Check them overnight without "dosing" by rubbing Vicks over throat and chest at bedtime.
