TROTSKY OPPOSES STALIN APPEALS TO WORKERS (Sydney Sun Cablos.) (Received October o, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 4. The Standard's Moscow correspondent says: -Trotsky is appealing to tlje workers for support. He has publicly challenged the power of the Central Communist Committee, 0 f which Stalin is the leader. The party leaders carried resolutions condemning Trotsky's and Zitiovieff'a violation of discipline, but the latter intend opposing Stalin at whatever cost.
