PILSUDSKI FORMS CABINET PIRM HAND DEMANDED (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. WARSAW, October 2. The Polish Cabinet resigned, and the President has asked General Pilsudski to form a new Cabinet. The choice is a popular one. The public are, demanding a firm band in view of the recent Soviet-Lithuanian treaty, which is generally regarded as a violation of the Polish rights at ViJna. Supposedly owing to his opposition to the Bartel Cabinet, fifteen armed officers visited the homo of the exFinance Sinister, Cdicschowski'. severely assaulted him and put a bomb under tho oilor before leaving. A servant heard a noise and found Cdiechowski unconscious and threw the bomb out of the window before it exploded.
