WEDDING.

BELLrIRBY-BEID. A very pretty wedding was solemnised on Thursday at St. Andrew's Church, Tolaga Bay, when Doris Ethel Mary, youngest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. .5. Beid, of Tolaga Bay, was married to Patrick Arthur, fifth son of Mr. A. L. and the late Mrs. Bellerby, of Pakira, Capo Runaway. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. VV. .11. Smith, .and Mr. Irvine Moore presided at the organ. The church was beautifully decorated by friends of the bride. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her uncle, Mr. 01 E. Bartram, was daintily attired in a soft a:pplo-green georgette tind silver lace frock, with a silver and green crinoline hat. llpr bouquet- was of pale pink carnations, white freezias and hyacinths, combined with asparagus fern and caught with a tulle bow. The bridesmaid was Miss Helen Bartram, cousin of the bride, whose frock was of palo pink' crepe de chine and gold lace, and hat of gold crinoline with pink roses. Her bouquet was of gold ' and pink shaded Iceland poppies, with asparagus fern, and streamers of pale pink tulle. The. duties of best man were most ably carried out by Mr. Mervyn Fitzgerald. After the ceremony a reception war, held at the residence of the Bride's mother, Resolution (street, Mrs. Re id received her guests in an ensemble suit of grey and black urepe-de-chiiie, and a black hat, her bouquet- being .4' lovely Capt. Galleon rose.;. Tin' bride and bridegroom, beneath a Wedding bell of pink roses anil primroses,entwined with smilax, received the congratulations of their many friends. Miss Jh'id, sister of the bride, was attired in a, ilor.il frock of pink and blue crepe de chine with hat to tone. Mrs. (>. E. Bartram, aunt, of the bride, was handsomely gowned i" cyclamen crepe de •chine and hat of black with cyclamen trimmings. .Mrs. ,1. Bellerby chose ;i tasteful frock of black and green georgette with a black hat. Mrs. T. Caldwell, great aunt of the bride, wore a beautiful gown of black marocaiii; with hat tu match. The usual toasts were honored,, and latter in the afternoon the bride and bridegroom left by car amidst showers of confetti and ro.se petals for their honeymoon, the bride wearing a smart ensemble suit of peacock-blue and bull' with a small bull hat.
