EIGHT-HOUR DAY
SYDNEY CELEBRATIONS (Received October 4, 3 p.m.) SYDNEY October 4. Glorious weather prevails for the Eight Hour Day celebration. The usual lengthy procession was enlivened by a brilliant display of banners, emblematic designs, and bunds, and was witnessed by great crowds.
