There is also a prospect ol the introduction of a new indenture scheme, incorporating the requirement that apprentices must regularly attend technical schools. Four apprentice instructors from the main centres confer hero to-day. Time will discuss the whole question of the instruction of the apprentices employed hy the Department, and compare the . results already obtained, with a view to [ developing the .syllabus for the next few months’ course.
