Koe.vn Jones, a vice-president of the Union, at the annual meeting of the Monmouthshire Itugbv Dengue. He pointed out that the English and Irish unions do not: pay their referees or make grants to clubs. In seven years the Welsh Union has spent £22,000 on grants mid on referees. If Wales had followed the example of other unions and had retained that amount they could have been looking for a national ground.
