REPARATIONS PAYMENTS OFFICIAL RETURNS (Australian ami N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received September 8. noon.) LONDON, Sept. 7. An official statement of Germany's reparation payments shows the receipt of 1.060,000.000 gold marks, of which Britain received 226,637.000. Provisional figures of Germany's reparation payments for the second year of the Dawes scheme ended August 31. published on September 1. showed a total of £58,000,000, to which a further £26,000.000 accruing in September had to be added. Germany delivered goods worth £30.000.000.
