SOLICITOR CHARGED
ALLEGED THEFT OF £6OO (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Heiiro Karo Kmanuel, a solicitor, arrested in Dunediu a, week ago, was charged in the Police Court with stealing £6OO. the property of .Margaret, Ward. The accused was remanded to September 16 on his former hail of two sureties of £250 each, the accused to report himself to the police once daily. The chief detective stated the accused had said he would help the police in the matter.
