RETURNS NOT COMPLETE REJECTION CERTAIN SYDNEY, Sept. 7. The latest returns of the referendum vote give New South Wales a reply of "yes" to both questions with majorities of 89 and 23,215. Queensland has also swung to "yes" on the hvst question with a majority of 7559. Totals for the Commonwealth are: First question, "yes" 1,101,8.20, "no" 1.400,773. Second question, "yes" 1'.()")7,822, "no" 1,443,001. There are further returns to come.
