Page, S.M., on charges of breaking and entering the shop of Joseph McCabc, in Olui/uoe street, by nigh! and stealing goods and money of the value of £] IDs, and attempting to break anil enter the warehouse of Robert ('.'rawford, and having an instrument for housebreaking in their possession.
In the course of evidence :i constable stated thai ho called on the crowd to catch Duncan, who had broken away, and it was loft to a young girl on the footpath to trip up the running man.
