149 MINERS CITED CHARGES WITHDRAWN (Per Press Association.) WHANCARET, this day. In the Magistrate's Court before Mr. K. < 'nt t en. S.M.. today Ihe adjourned hearing of summonses against 14£' miners of Wilson’s Col buries at lliknrapgi, who had been cited for taking part in an unlawful strike was resumed. The inspector announced that the Miner's Union officials, on behalf of the members, had given the Minister of Labor assurance that they would not repeal the offence, and expressed regret. Under the circumstances lie asked leave to withdraw the summonses. This was granted.
