The Government has sent a Note to tho Soviet, proposing a ten years' noYiaggression treaty, and also as to preserving peace on the eastern frontiers. Russia, so far, has not replied, but the Rumanian diplomats believe that she will agree, because the treaty dees not entail Russia's acquiescence in l'umania's annexation of Bessarabia.
