IMPORTANT MINERAL FINDS
AT ISLAND IN BASS STRATT

A rich tin discovery is reported on King Island, in Bass Strait, both alluvial and "lode.
The alluvial tests ranged from three to fourteen pounds of tin to the cubic yard, and the lode results are most satisfactory. It is intended to develop the •finds on a big scale.
