At tlio Supreme: Court, in a claim for £1641! damages for injuries received whilst employed at. the To Ivawa quarries, near Te Awamutu, heard before Mr. Justice Herdman and a jury, plaintiff was James Floyd, laborer, Te Ivuiti, and the defendants Thomas G.
