ACCIDENT AT BENOPAI.
MAN CRUSHED BY FALL, OF EARTH. Prp«w A m f ioD BLENHEIM, this day. A voting man, Norman McKenzie, working at Bcnopai in an excavation in connection with the Waihopni hydroelectric scheme, was injured by a fall of rock at 11 o’clock last night. He was brought to Wairau hospital in the ambulance. The extent of. his Injuries are unknown, but he is believed 'to be crushed about the hips.
