DEALING WITH THEIR PROPERTY. CONFISCATION DISCUSSION. (Eke. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.J liteuter's Telegram.) (Received June 11, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, June 10. In the Reichstag, in submitting a Compromise Bill on the quest ion of the property of former rulers, Ihe Chancellor. Heir Marx, declared the demand for confiscation without ' compensation was against the principles of the legal State. and against the Constitution, which conferred on all citizens equal rights. The Chancellor added that if the plebiscite resulted in the negative, the Government would do its utmost to reach a settlement in the spirit of Ihe Compromise Bill, and would not hesitate to take the consequences. ft was impossible for the Reichstag lo reach an agreement. The Centre Deputy, on behalf of the Oovernmcnl parties, approved the Bill. Socialist Mueller' attacked President Hindenburg regarding his recent letter opposing expropriation without compensation, saying that President Hindenburg was guilty id' iincons'titutfonai partisanship.
