FACING SERIOUS PROBLEM

The Labor Department reports that the United States is lacing a serious employment problem with, a prospect of the lirsi widespread Labor shortage, since the 1022 depression.
A marked improvement in the steel, building, textile, and shoe manufacturing lines has strengthened the demands for skilled and unskilled workers. Heavy demands are being made on the employment agencies throughout the country for labor in the fields and along the highways and in road construction.
The previous employment records are expected to be shattered in the automotive and building lines this year, Full time employment prevails in the textile industries of New England and the Southern Stales. Mr. Francis Jones, United* Slates Employment Director, says there is going to bo work for everybody who wants work.
