GOOD ROADS.
N.S.W.. TO SEND A MAN TO MILAN. £20,000,000 IDEA. SYDNEY, April 6. The.N.S.W. Government lias not yet reached a decision on the Federal Government's' £20,000,000 roads scheme (to which the Victorian Premier is reported to be opposed) but it is known 1 ' that it intends to make road reconstruction a feature of its administration. To obtain information of the most up-to-date methods, it proposes to send a representative to a world conference of roads engineers at Milan next September.
