Poverty Bay Trotting Club has offered to loan their permit for this year unconditionally to the Hawke’s Bay Trotting Club. A meeting of the latter club’s committee to-day decided, subject to the approval of the Minister and Trolling Association, to accept the offer, and hold a meetipg in Hastings on the King’s Birthdav.
