AN AIR-SERVICE QUESTION.
MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL AVIATIO'N. CONFERENCE OF AMBASSADORS’ RULES. (Elee Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.j (Reuteris Telegram.) (Received April 16, 2 p.m.) PARIS, April 15. In connection with the Quotidien’s report, it appears that, while agreement was reached in regard to the establishment of air lines, there are still difficulties with regard to the rules laid 'down by the Conference of Ambassadors in 1920, with a view to discriminating between military and commercial aviation, concerning which Germany is demanding a revision of rules, so as to allow exofficers of the German Air Force to be employed in commercial aviation. It is hoped a solution will shortly be reached, and the convention signed.
