MAN TO BE TRIED FOR. MURDER, (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. At Kaikoura, Pene Taliui Green was charged with the murder of a Maori girl, Kathleen Paneta. After considerable evidence had been heard accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial. It was previously reported that the girl had been killed by an accidental blow from n bottle,
