MOTORS TO POLICE, COURT. LONDON. Feb. 27. Summoned at lipping a. few days ago for driving a, motor car without a. license, a Kensington man told the bench that he had been out of work for two years. The Magistrate: But you own a car? Yes, but T had it given to me to pay for il when I could. The man, who had meanwhile pail £2 10s for a license, admitted lie was receiving out relief from the guardians. He was fined 15s.
