HOSPITAL CHAIRMAN.
MR SHERRATT RE-APPOINTED. At the meeting of the Cook Hospital Board this afternoon, Mr W. Shcrratt was re-elected! chairman for the ensuing two years, there being no other nominations. Expressing his appreciation of llie confindeiice shown in him, Air Shcrnttt thanked the members for the mariner in which they had assisted: to carry out the work of the Board. There had been debates on many matters, but these were essential to the satisfactory working* of ’tile institution, and any differences of opinion had never been carried beyond l tiio board-room. While- accepting the honor bestowed! upon him, lie would remind them that it- was a wise poiicv for the chairmanship to go round, and ho would ask them to bear this fact in mind in the future. , ,
