WOOL CLIP.
SALE IN DUNEDIN. ERRATIC BIDDING. (Pot Press Association.) DUNEDIN, last night. The second wool sale of the season concluded to-day, when 22,028 hales were offered. There was a large attendance of buyers from Great Britain, America, France and Germany. The bidding was erratic, buyers being keen .sometimes and then indifferent. Compared with the December sale super lots, especially those suitable for America, showed a slight rise; on the other hand, medium and! inferior, ’.especially hnlf-breds, showed a considerable decline. The condition of the wool was similar to that at. the first sale, showing signs of the late winter and spring, arid a considerable, proportion being tender wools. The range of prices is given below, December values being given in parentheses :
