UPROAR IN HOUSE. GOVERNMENT GAINS VOTE OF ■ CONFIDENCE. ;Australian and N 7, Cable Association. 5 BERLIN, Jan. 28. The Reichstag, by 160 votes to .119, adopted a vote of confidence in the Government. Some 151 members abstained from voting. The result was only possible by a number of Nationalists leaving tire Chamber. The Reichstag decision was preceded by a heated debate, in which the Nationalist, Herr‘Honing, attacked the Locarno Pact. He declared the present Cabinet consisted of traitors who were the hangmen of the German people. When Herr Honing left the Tribune, Dr. Luther, shaking with rage, went out to intercept him with raised fists. Dr. Luther shouted: '‘l forbid you to utter such slanders!” Members surged forward as an exchange of blows seemed imminent. After a prolonged uproar the President, at the request of the House, excluded Herr Honing for the remainder of the sitting.
