LONDON, Nov. 17.—With his head hanging on one side, Charles Coates, a 53-year-old laborer, entered the Leeds hospital, saying that he had fallen from a hayrick at Normanton, and that ho had walked from the railway station. The doctors found that his neck was broken. His condition is critical,
