POISON GAS.
BRITAIN HAD THE IDEA BUT WOULD NOT USE IT.

The fact that poison gas was considered by Britain before it was used bv Germane was revealed by Mr. Churchill when giving evidence in Boatlc-y’s case. He said Lord Duiidonald, in September, 1914, unfolded tho secret of poison gas, which lie had offered Cabined during the Crimean war. The Government called for reports, and finally resolved not to use gas, owing to ihe international teratv. The fact- remained that- Britain had the idea a wear before Germany.
