FIRE AT DUNEDIN.
FLOUR. MILL DESTROYED. J (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. A disastrous lire early this morning gutted Steven and Company’s flour '■ mill in the Water of Leith Valley, owned by Harraway and Compapy. The brigado arrived at 4 o’clock,-to find the position hopeless., The whole building was a mass of flames,, Dwellings in the vicinity, were threatened, but the brigade saved them’scathlcss; It is suspected tho origin was a faulty switch. The insurances are not available but the total loss of vaiukblo machinery and stocks involves very many thousands of pounds. v
