SIEGE DECREE ABOLISHED/ .G‘ (Reuter’s Telegram.) (Received October 27, 10 a.nr.) SOFIA, Oct. 26. A royal decree has abolished the state of seige, which was declared on the occasion of the attempted murder of King Boris and the Cathedral explosion.
