ADMINISTRATION OF SAMOA. [Australian and N.Z, Coble Association) (Received Oct. 27, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 26. The Daily Telegraph’s Geneva correspondent reports that the League Mandates Commission highly complimented New Zealand on its very satisfactory administration of Samoa; the president declaring that the New Zealand report upon this subject was a model both in stylo and substance.
