PRIVY COUNCIL DISMISSES APPEAL.
{Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received October 27, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 26. The Privy Council refused leave to appeal in tho case of Indians sentenced to death in connection with tho Mumtaz of Begum dancing girl case.
