ALLEGED OFFENCE AT AUCKLAND A young man, Timothy Kcnna, appeared before Mr E. 0. Levvey, S.M., at the Magistrates’ Court this morning to answer a,charge of trespassing on the Avondale race track, Auckland, while a meeting was in progress. .Senior-Sergeant Fitzpatrick explained that the accused had) been arrested on a warrant issued! from Auckland. lie would ask that the men be remanded until November 2,-os lie was at present awaiting furtherWionimunicatiori --from the Auckland police.
