New regulations of interest, have been issued in connection with raffling of works of art. It is clearly laid down that the- only prize than can be offered is the, one printed! upon the ticket. No advertisement will be permitted on, any part of the ticket or on any part of the books of tickets. A specimen of any ticket printed is required to be forwarded; to the authorities within one week.-
