(Received June 29, 1 p.m.) : s MELBOURNE, June 29. The City Council has adopted plans for the reconstruction of the Town Hall, recently destroyed by fire, at a total cost of £98,000. Judgment was given for defendants in the case of Phillips versus the Watersidcrs ’ Federation.
