(Deceived June 29, 11 a.m.) BERLIN, June 28. Ruechenmeister, a manufacturer, whose motor car was used by the murderers of Rathenau in 1922, was acquitted Another accused, Brandt, was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment for not informing tlie authorities of the plot, oi which lie was cognisant.
