The chairman said an agreement had been, practically reached with the Borough Council, and tlu* matter would he finally decided at tl/e meeting of that body tomorrow night. The Council had agreed to allow Hie width of the wharf to he increased so as to take in part of the mad way. The Board had agreed that no sheds should be erected on this section of the wharf, and this solved this difficulty in regard to putting the rails on the wharf.
