(Reuter’s Tetegram.l (Received June 29, 3 p.m.) LONDON, June 28.

Neo'gtuitions are in progress, with the full approval of the British Government and Bank of England. Dominions' undertakings, and although doubtless it would be forthcoming if suffiicently liberal terms were offered, it would be raised only at the expense of some other undertaking. , , ?iv „
