MAYORALTY CAMPAIGN.
MR. BALL ADDRESSES LADIES. Findlay’s tea-rooms was crowded this afternoon when Mr. I'\ R. Ball special I v addressed a meeting of ladies in support of his candidature for the Mayoralty. After refreshments had been served, Mr. Bali briefly outlined his plats form, dealing generally with' the question of municipal politics, and urging the importance of reform in tho administration of the Borough.
