GAP TRAGEDY.
DISCLOSURES AT INQUEST. SYDNEY, Feb. 28. At the inquest on tho Gap tragedy victims (lie husband of Mrs. Bunce gave evidence that she was of intemperate habits and left him two years ago, refusing to liver in tha bush. Other evidence was given that she and Smith had known each other only a few days and had visited hotels together. The woman stated that she was in love with Smith and was going to marry him. A young woman gave evidence that she and Smith became engaged a _ month ago, and. arranged to meet tho night before the tragedy. He failed |o keep (be engagement. A verdict of suicide was returned.-
