Messrs. Samsons’ farewell auction sale of clean, useful stock takes place tomorrow, .all day. There are a few lots left, and every line is good and useful. It will pay housekeepers to attend this rale to-morrow.*' The attention of farmers and others is drawn to tho advertisement, appearing in our columns to-day advising that the Now Zealand Loan and Moroantile Agency On., Ltd., will bo offering at their Gladstone Road store to-morrow, on account of Messrs. 0. V. Russell and Son, their holdings, consisting of 1906 acres freehold, together with dwelling and outbuildings, etc., and 1556 acres o.r.p. Mb fawn i. The sections, which adjoin, will lie offered either together or separately to suit buyers. 1200 acres of the former and 700 .acres of the latter sections are in grass. Sections are on good met ailed road situated only about 5 miles from Mntawai, and well worth the attention of any one on the look-out for a good properly.
