He commanded the German landing forces during the China troubles, and also defended the Dardanelles against the Allied attacks in the Great War. (Received Feb, 20, noon.) ROME, Feb. 25. Signor Mussolini, who has been suffering from influenza, is progressing satisfactorily, but owing to Hie special typo of influenza, prevalent here, he has l)een advised to keep to his bed for a few davs longer to avoid a relapse. GENEVA, Feb. 25. So far thirty States, including the United States, Germany, aud Turkey, have announced their intention of attending the international conference for the control of armaments to be held here on March 5.
