(Per Press Association.) (.TIRLSTCHURCH, last night. One of the leper patients at- Quail Island has escaped, and ie still at large. The patient, is a European who contracted tho disease in a mild form. lie had responded to the chaubnoogva oil treatment, and was well on the way to bo cured. He had of late been very restless and bad threatened to run away from the island. If is considered likely that ho may make for the peninsula, where at This time of the year hundreds of grass seeders and other harvest workers are employed,
