The Hon. J. O. Coates, Minister of Works, leaves JVellington to-day for Tauranga. to turn the first sod on the section of the East Coast line which is being constructed by Armstrong ) Whitworth, Company. He returns to Wellington on Monday after inspecting the Araourti and Horahora hydro-electric headworlcs. ,
