Cyril August; Pdquo, meeting his creditors with a schedule showing debts totalling £6500 and assets nil, stated that tho failure was brought, about through his connection with A. R. Neill and Co., Ltd. He was the manager of that company, which was forced into liquidation on August, 1921. He mortgaged his home for £3500, and furniture for £SOO, all the money going into the company. All the money he owed, with the exception of about £7O, had gone into the company. While connected with the company he drew £4OO yearly. In the final stages he was solo proprietor. Of the other two directors Mr. C. Noil was bought out, and Mr. Marriner gave his shares to Paquo. It was stated that any legal action was barred by statue of limitation. ! No resolution was passed.
