CRASHES THROUGH WINDOW
TE AROMA; Wednesday.—An unusual accident occurred in Whitaker street, Te Arolia, last evening. While cranking his car, a young man, J Olarkin, had the misfortune to have his chin lacerated as the result of the handle flying back and hitting him. He drove over to the other side of the street, which is slightly up-grade, and resting assured that he had, two back wheels in a water table, lie went into a. chemist’s shop to receive treatment. However, th e ear began to move nilaided and. running across the .road to the other side, tore out a verandah post and backed right through the plateglass windown of the tobacconist shop of T. H. Radd.
