The Daily Telegraph’s Parliamentary correspondent foreshadows that the Judicial Committee is likely to decide the Irish boundary. A Commission cannot be legally constituted' without an Ulster representative. He adds that the Government is already considering the possibility of immediate legislation, which will obviously he severely controversial.
