MEN GO TO OTOKO
In accordance with the decision of the Public Works Department twenty men have been selected to commence work on the Otoko hill, employment having been ottered there in view of the representations made to the Minister regarding the number of men desiring work.
The meh selected went out. to the work to-day, am,! will be engaged in widening andi grading in readiness tor metalling operations during the summer, when it is intended to push ahead with the re-cpnditionmg of this road, which has been declared a main highway.
